More about us...........
"Us" is my husband Ted, son Ryder, our beagle Frinkle, our golden retrivier,Purey, 7 cats: Runny Babbit, Muzzie, Ophelia, Orly -- whom my son rescued in New Orleans while volunteering after Katrina, Sammer, Clancy & newest feline baby, Jeddie...plus... 2 very loud parakeets, and an aquatic frog who sings!

Ted& I live in our little house by the pond in Center Barnstead, New Hampshire - a wonderful rural town just south of Lake Winnepesauki, below the foothills of the White Mountains. Our son is in Monterey, CA studying Mandarin Chinese at the military linguistics school there.

People ask me often how long I have been creating my jewelry. Well I got started in 2002 when I decided to expand my horizons by doing some courses at the New Hamsphire Institute of Art in Manchester. It was a toss up between Pottery, Photography and Jewelry Making. Fortunately for me my "Ennie-Meenie-Minnie-Mo" came up on the Jewelry 101 Class, as not only did I learn the basics of wire work, soldering, stone setting, and much more from the wonderfully talented Joy Raskin. To my great amazement I discovered an ability that appeared to be laying dormant, just waiting for me to tap into it. What a wonderful surprise! Thus began my adventure in making jewelry for my own adornment, creating gifts for friends & family, letting some of those wonderful friends talk me into having a home party to show me that my stuff really was pretty good (Thankyou Faith & Debbie), and eventually fine tuning my own unique style & designs for the sterling silver slides & pendants, earrings, etc., that you see here on my site and at the craft shows I began doing in 2004.

I encourage you all to seek out the possible talents you too may have laying there waiting for you to tap into. It is amazingly wonderful to expand one's horizons so! I have worn a lot of hats this lifetime: child, daughter, teenager, college student, waitress, escorting wide loads up & down the eastcoast, tractor trailer driver, wife, construction - building custom homes with my husband swinging a hammer and anything else required, sales girl, Dianetics Counselor, mother, drug rehab counselor, elementary teacher, school board member, middle school teacher, and a few I am sure I have forgotten! Through all of those existences I have found there is nothing you can't accomplish if you just put your mind to it. Your limitations are only so great as those you impose on yourself...or let others lead you to believe exist.

Reach, Stretch, Grow and always find the Joy in Creating while Enjoying Life to the Fullest!
